Supervision of secunty contracts to ensure vigilance and delivery of quality service . Security service providers shall be tested by doing random checks and report any incidences to their supervisors.
Cleaning Services and Supervision and ensuring thorough cleaning services for common areas.
This includes receiving and addressing complaints from the tenants.
We will advise on the gross replacement cost of the block of apartments for insurance purpose and ensure appropriate cover is taken for easier management of risks.
